To format and rebuild the partition, boot into your Windows 10 media (I hope you have one), launch a command prompt and execute the following: mountvol B: /s format B: /FS:FAT32 bcdboot C:\Windows /s B: /f UEFI Note that this will only work if Windows is the only operating system installed in this partition.
